Bur R.F & A.L Office Asst Supt Sub Dist Stafford & King George, and Act'g Asst Supt Spottsylvania Co. Fredericksburg, Va. Jany 31, 1867 Sears, Hector Lieut and Asst Supt Report in compliance with Circular No 10 dated March 12, 1866, that no cases of a criminal nature (wherein col'd. persons were parties) have been tried by the Civil Courts in the Sub Dist of Stafford & King Geo during the month. A few cases of disorderly conduct have been tried by the Mayor of Fredericksburg, in all of which he thinks the freedmen were treated with impartiality and fairness. 10 Recd O.S. 6th D.
