Office Asst Supt. Bureau R.F. &c Sub Dist of Essex, King and Queen and Middlesex Counties, Tappahannock Va. Jany 31, 1867 Wentworth Watson R. Lieut. and Asst Supt. Reports in compliance with Circular No 10, dated Head Quars. Asst Com. Va. March 12th 1866, there has been no Freedmen tried by the Civil authorities since his last report in Essex Co. Has no horse and could not attend Court in King and Queen, and Middlesex Counties, therefore cannot say as to whether any were tried in those Counties or not. 10 Recd O.S. 6th D. Va.
