Reports in compliance with Cir No 10, Hd Qrs Asst Com Va. March 12th. 1866. Has had several complaints from Colored parties that injustice had been done them while before Magistrates Courts. Cannot make any report in these cases as he was not present at the trials, for the reason he had no means of getting to them. - having no horse.
In the preliminary trial of the Negro John Corbin, on the 13th inst Does not think justice was done the Negro.
