General:
I have the honor to forward the following report in compliance with Circular No. 10, of date March 12, 1866.

There has been no Freedmen tried by the County Court of Essex County since my last report. I have never been notified of any trials or hearings before magistrates or when such trials were to take place, therefore I have not been present at any such trials or do not know that any have taken place since my last report.
I have no horse therefore could not attend the last Court of King & Queen or Middlesex Co's.
