General:
   In accordance with Par VI, Circular No. 10, Series 1866, Hd. Qrs. Asst. Comr. St. of Va. I have the honor to submit the following Report.
   Before the County Court which  comenced here in Quarterly Session on the 4th Inst, it being also a Grand Jury term; thee came up the cases as follows, to wit:
   1st. "Harriet Woody" cold. Indicted for Petit Larceny. Pleaded "not guilty". Appearance entered by Counsel. Cause continued and Defendant released. Was also apprehended at beginning of the month.  
   2nd "John Henry Spencer" cold. Indicted for Petit Larceny. Pleaded "not guilty". Appearance entered by counsel. Cause continued, and Defendent released. Was asl apprehended in early part of the month.
   3rd "Sandy Hutcherson" cold. Indicted for Petit Larceny. Appearance not being entered, a capias was awared to insure his attendance at the June term of the Court. This lad was arrested and committed to jail on the 24th of Nov last, but was subsequently bailed to appear before the March term of the Court. His case was made mention of in my Report of the 31st Dec. in compliance with Circular
