I have the honor to make the following report of the administration of civil justice in the counties of Montgomery, Pulaski and Giles, during the past month.

No cases  of impartiality or injustice have come to my notice, and in all cases where freedmen were concerned, they have received the full benefit of the laws enacted in their favor.
