In compliance with Cir No 10. reports there have been several freedmen tried by the Civil Courts in his Div. since his last report, all for stealing except one who was tried for cohabiting with a white woman, but was acquitted. States there are several cases where white men have assaulted freedmen and no notice taken of it by the Grand Jury &c &c,
