Major, I have the honor to report in accordance with par. 6. of Cir. 10. series of 1866. from Hd Qurs. Asst. Comm'r. That in the Court, held this month; at Boydton, and also at the Warrent trials, all of which I have attended, every disposition was manifested to act in a fair and impartial manner to the freedmen who had business with the court, and nothing occurred to call for any action upon the part of the representative of the Bureau.
