In compliance with Cir No. 10. dated March 12. 1866. reports there has been no  Complaints made to him by Freedmen; in his  Division during the past month, of injustice being done them. Has attended many trials and has no doubt but his presence was beneficial to the freedmen con- concerned in suits.
