Lieut.
I have the honor to report that at the session of the Court for this County. the present month. the case of George Tate Col'd, confined in the County Jail on a charge of stealing corn. was brought before the Grand Jury. That he was decided insane and ordered sent to the Insane Assylum at Williamsburg Va. There were three other cases but two were between Black & Black. the third the case of a Cold Man accused of stealing a Turkey. He confessed & was sentenced to five days imprisonment in the County Jail.
