In compliance with Circular No 10 Series of 66, Hd Qr's Asst Comr. of Virginia, I have the honor to make the following report in reference to trials of Cases in which Freedmen were Concerned.

There has been three Cases of pettit larceny tried in Prince George last Court. Justice has been done according to the evidence, and the punishment lenient.
