Pleas before the justices of the County Court of Culpeper, at the Court House of said county on, [[strikethrough]] Wednesday [[/strikethrough]] Thursday the 21st day of August 1867.

Be it remembered that heretofore to wit on the  July 1867, a warrant was filed in this office, in these words to wit:

Culpeper County to wit:
To the Sheriff, or all, or any one of the constables of said County; whereas Powatan Robertson, of said County, has this day made complaint and information on oath before me, Edward A, Freeman, a justice of the said County, that Wm Waugh on the 4th day of July 1967, in said County, did feloniously and burglariously break and enter in the night of that day about the hour of twelve o'clock, the dwelling house of said Powatan Robertson, in the said county with intent and then and there in said dwelling house feloniously to ravish and carnally to know, one Lena Kloss, a female of the age of twelve years or more, by force and against her will, These are, therefore, in the name of the Commonwealth of Virginia to command you forthwith to apprehend and bring before me, or some other justice of the said County, the body of the said Wm Waugh, to answer the said complaint
