General:
I have the honor to report (in compliance to Circular No 10 dated H'd Qrs Asst Com'r. State of Virginia, Richmond Va March 12th 1866,) for the month of August 1867 as follows:

There has been no injustice done Freedmen in the courts of this 4th Division of the 6th Sub Dist. When I have attended the trials, and I have heard no complaints of injustice being done where I have not been able to attend examinations or trials.
