Captain: - In compliance with Cir No 10, Series 1865 War Department, Bureau R.F. and A. Lands: I have the honor to report that all Refugees and Freedmen in this Sub. District, have been entirely self supporting during the present month. There are neither Colonies, Camps, Depots, Hospitals, or Government farms, in this Sub District occupied by Refugees or Freedmen.
