Reports in compliance with Circular No 10 Hd Qrs Asst Comr State of Va March 12th 1866. That four freedmen were tried by jury on a charge of Highway-Robbery, were judged justly "Guilty" and sentenced respectfully as follows:

John Chase (or Fitz Hugh) 15 years
Reuben Wright 12 years
Cornelius Morris 10 years
Robert Wright 10 years

in the State Penitentiary.

Part 4 and 5 of said Circular is complied with, but not so the endorsement of Maj. Genl Perry thereon
