Halifax Circuit Court.
12th Day of May Term 1868

George Williams  Plaintiff 
Against
R. P. Jennings  Charles A. Raine & Wm. Vaughan  Defendants 

This day came again, the parties by their attornies and the defendants offering to acknowledge the Plaintiffs action to the extent of ($250.00) Two Hundred & Fifty Dollars damages and the plaintiff Consenting to accept the said amount in full satisfaction of his damages it is therefore considered by the Court that the plaintiff recover against the said defendants the sum of Two Hundred & Fifty Dollars the damages aforesaid, inform aforesaid acknowledged with interest from this day till paid together with his Costs. by him, about his suit on this behalf expended and the said defendants in Mercy &c.
