There is a want of veracity generally among witnesses which on account of a servile feeling pervading all classes is not questioned by Counsel. In the lower courts especially in the absence of Govt. Officers or Bureau agents we have reason to believe that the complaints of unfairness and injustice are true but owing to the disposition of Magistrates to avoid the presence of Bureau agents and want of authority in the agent the facts in such cases are difficult to be obtained
