The transcriber has left out most periods, which I fixed, and didn't understand the format of these. The L.R. reference letter and number and vol. are MOST IMPORTANT. Several people or Gov't Dept's may have their names in the left margin of one letter. It isn't just for ONE person, unless only one name there. So that L.R.B.75.3.V.66. is how you would locate something. Put that first, then names in margin. The "B.75." is the letter number. If it were "A.45." and "Armstrong S.C." were in the margin, and they got another that day with an "A." it would most likely be "A.46."
Sometimes you see a number with a line over or under it. That is important too.
