Respectfully returned with information that upon investigation I find thee within allegations in the main correct, and the same practice has been quite extensive with all the claim agents here. Mr Docly informs me that A Seldner & Co had 200 or more upon their books who had given orders upon their claim agents for clothing and other goods. Reference to the enclosed statements of Mr. O. Brown & a copy of the order used.
