Respectfully returned to Mr F. N. Watkins Member House Delegates. These Buildings were advertised for sale by the Bureau under Act of Congress, when an injunction was issued by the State Court against the sale.
The case was forwarded to Washington for instructions and has been referred to the Attorney General.
The Assistant Commissioner cannot act until the decision of the Hon Secretary of War is known.
