Nov 28th/65 Judges Present Dodson May & Webb
Prosecution for Larceny of 1/2 barrel of flour from Chas. Brown (White)
After the evidence in the above case the Court has found the Defendant Thomas Harris Guilty, And the Court does therefore Sentence him to Sixty (60) days imprisonment in the City Jail


The United States vs Adams Rupertus (White)
Prosecution for Larceny of 1/2 barrel of flour from Chas. Brown (White)
After hearing the evidence in the above case the Court has found the Defendant Guilty and the Court does therefore Sentence him to Sixty (60) days imprisonment in the City Jail


The United States vs Billy Stokes & Melinda Stokes Col'd
Prosecution for Larceny of Eight-Hundred fifty (850) dollars from Patrick Curtis (White)
After hearing the evidence in the above case the Court has found the Defendant Billy Stokes and Melinda Stokes (Colored) Guilty And the Court does therefore Sentence them to ninety (90) days imprisonment upon payment of a fine of One Hundred (100) dollars
