E Stilman (white) charged with [[strikethrough]] assaulting & striking with a stone [[/strikethrough]] throwing a stone which struck Erasmus Thuck, colored - The evidence being insufficient to establish the charge [[strikethrough]] Stilman [[/strikethrough]] this case is dismissed.

George Thompson charged with stealing a box of soap from Davenport & Morton - guilty & thirty days confinement

Albert Rix & Henry Newman charged with [[strikethrough]] Horse [[/strikethrough]] stealing 2 Horses & animals on the property of Wm. P. Burchett & Committed for trial before "Competent Military Authority" & Witnesses Recognized for $200 cash for their appearance to fake testimony

[[strikethrough]] Robt Bran [[/strikethrough]] Robert Branch'd with stealing newspaper from the Daily Press office. Found guilty & ordered to undergo 30 days of confinement.

Dick Walker ch'd with taking Iron from the Southside RRoad - charge not sustained - party [[strikethrough]] dismissed [[/strikethrough]] discharged  

Joseph I [[Harrold?]] - Adam T. Kipler James H H[[?]]strade charged with stealing 14 chickens from Jasper Taylor (Colored). Dismissed-
