The United States vs Thomas Scott (Col'd)
December 11th Judges Present Dodson May & Webb
Prosecution for Larceny of a Horse. Valued at (Thirty) 30 dollars the property of Mrs Emeline Cox
After hearing the evidence in the above case the court has committed the Defendant to Jail and has transferred the case to Military Commission. And the court has recognized the witnesses each in the Sum of Two Hundred (200) dollars for their appearance before Said Commission

Mr Blake (W) vs Eliza Parham (C)
Action to Recover a Horse now in Possession of Eliza Parham (Colored)
After hearing the evidence in the above case the court has dismissed the case as it appears that the Horse in controversy is the property of Mrs Emeline Cox and the court does therefore deliver the Horse to its owner Mrs Emeline Cox

Miss Virginia Henderson (W) vs Richard Jones (Colored)
Prosecution for Larceny of Iron the property of Miss Virginia Henderson (White)
After hearing the evidence in the above case the court has discharged the Defendant he being a Minor
