U.S. ag'st Fany & Tessica Butcher (col'd) Chg'd with Wilfully & Maliciously cutting Mary Louise Ellis with intent to maim, disfigure, disable & kill her. 
The Court is of opinion that this is a case of Felony, and therefore transfers the case to a Military Commissioner -
Witness Mary L. Ellis, Francis J. Johnson & Jack Page recognized to appear accordingly in the penalty of $100 each. -

Wm. Jackson (col'd) vs Wm. Mann (white) Complaint for price of mule sold by deft for plaintiff [[strikethrough]] [[illegible]] [[/strikethrough]]
Judgement given against the defend't for $35 and for $1 costs - Costs paid & the debt to be paid on or before Saturday the 30th. of this month. 

U. States vs. Harry Lancaster. [[strikethrough]] & Patrick Hill. Patrick Hill dischg'd  [[/strikethrough]] Chg'd with Larceny of a hog of the value of $7.30/100 from Mrs. Hall.
Case laid over for the present.

U.S. vs Wm. Jones (col'd) chg'd with assaulting James Lindsay (white) with a pistol or revolver [[strikethrough]] [illegible] [[/strikethrough]] and also with habitually carrying a concealed weapon -
Found guilty & fined $25 and $1 costs & forfeiture of the Revolver [[strikethrough]] [[illegible]] [[/strikethrough]] Fine & costs paid $26
