The United States vs Frances Butcher (Colored)
Dec 19th 1865 Judges Present Dodson May & Webb
Prosecution for Wilfully Maliciously cutting Mary Louisa Ellis with intent to Maim, disfigure disable & kill her
After hearing the evidence in the above case the court is of the opinion that the above is a case of Felony the court does therefore refer the case for trial by a Military Commission

Wm Jackson (Colored) vs Wm Mason (White)
Complaint for the Price of a horse sold by Defendant for the Plaintiff
After hearing the evidence in the above case the court has rendered a verdict for Plaintiff for the sum of Thirty Five (35) dollars and one (1) dollars costs to be paid on or before Saturday the 30th of December 1865

The United States vs Harry Lancaster (Colored)
Prosecution for Larceny of a hog valued at Seven (7) dollars and fifty (50) cts the property of Mrs Hall
After hearing the evidence in the above case the court has found the Defendant
