1. A. Hancock - Citizen }
vs 
Edmund - Col'd. } For Assault and Battery

Said Hancock states that he was assaulted, thrown down and choked on his premises by said Edmund - Col'd. - said Edmund having been ordered by the military authorities and by Mr Hancock not to go on his farm again.

The accused, Edmund, after the evidence adduced had been maturely considered, was found guilty, and sentenced to confinement in jail at Louisa C.H. for two months and to pay a find of ten (10) dollars.

2. A. R. Bowles - Citizen } 
vs. 
Minor Johnson, Col'd. } For Burglary and Larceny
