The evidence in this case was maturely considered by the Court, and the said Minor Johnson was adjudged not guilty of having entered the house of said A. R. Bowles and stealing said spoons, but guilty of receiving and selling them, knowing them to have been stolen; and the said Minor Johnson was sentenced to one month's confinement and hard labor at Louisa jail.
