Jas. Habrey, Col'd. & A. Crow, Citizen } 

By evidence adduced it was proven that Jas. Habrey, Col'd. stole from R. K. Flannegan 3 pads of Cotton and sold the same to A. Crow, citizen. The Court directs that the Cotton be returned to R. K. Flannegan.

2. David Booker, Colrd. } For breaking contract.
vs. 
Geo. W. Booth, Citizen } 

The Court decides from the evidence heard that the Contract be annulled without injury to either party.

3. Henry Woodson, Colrd. } Action for Debt
vs. 
Albert Sentry, Citizen } 

The Court decides that Albert, citizen, pay to Henry Woodson the amount of fifty (50) dollars with interest from date, 10th inst. Nov.
