19. R. H. Fife vs. Wm. Albstock, Colrd. } Petty Larceny

From the evidence heard and Confession of the prisoner the Court is of opinion that the prisoner is guilty of stealing rails from the premises of Plaintiff and sentence the said Wm. Albstock, Colrd., to Confinement for twenty days, ten days of the time to be fed on short rations, and to pay a fine of five dollars ($5.00); and if he fails to pay fine, to be confined ten additional days.
