Sarah Mills, Citizen

After due consideration of the evidence presented the Court decides that the Defendant pay Wm. Johnson seventy dollars and thirty cents ($70.30), with five dollars ($5.00) costs of suit - the value of services performed by his wife Milly, and children, Francis, George, and Susan; this judgment based on the Condition that the Plaintiff shall permit his wife and children to remain and labor for Defendant in compliance with contract should Defendant require it. 

21. Richard Thornton, Colrd. vs. F. M. Wills } action to recover property.

On motion of Defendant and the Court being of the opinion that it has no jurisdiction in this case, it is ordered that it be dismissed from the docket with equal costs to each of the parties, Costs $ 2.=
