The Govt. vs. Johnson Riddick col'd ch'd with stealing money from Henry Dalton (white)
Found Guilty & sentenced to 60 days imprisonment.

Govt vs. Henriette Walker & Isaac Walker (col'd) ch'd with using insulting language to Mrs Hobbs (white) & threatening to burn her house ---- Judgment that Henriette shall give bond & security to keep the peace for 6 months in the penalty of $[[strikethrough]]6[[/strikethrough]]5.00 & to pay $1 costs. ---- and that Isaac Walker enter into a similar bond & pay a fine for $5 & pay $1 costs--for resisting officer in discharge of his duty.

James Henry (col'd) ch'd with stealing pair of shoes of Wilkins & Co -- no one appearing ag'st him he was disch'ged.

Henry Garnett (col'd) ch'd with assaulting & striking with an axe [[strikethrough]] [[?]] [[/strikethrough]] Fred'k Moss --- no evidence appearing ag'st the deft. he is discharged.
