Case continues for further evidence till tuesday next. -
Mary Ruffin (col'd)[[?]] James Ruffin (col'd)- Claim for Alimony, she claiming to be his wife.  The Deft ordered to pay the plaintiff $5 on the 1st of Feby next and a like sum the lst of each month thereafter  Dating this coverture.  And the Deft notified that if he has cause for asking a divorce, he must apply to the Circuit Court for one.
