Govt of U.S. vs Joseph Malova

Jan 4th 1866 Judges present Dodson, May & Webb. 
Prosecution for Riotous & disorderly conduct and with forfeiture of bond for good behavior 
After hearing the evidence in the above case the court has found the Defendant Guilty and Sentence him to pay $25 & his Security to pay $25 in discharge of their bond and to enter into a new bond in the Penalty of $100 for his good behavior for (12) months or in default to be confined in the Public Jail until further Orders of the court


Govt of U.S. vs George Thomas

Prosecution for larceny of a Turkey the property of a White Citizen
After hearing the evidence in the above case the court has found the Defendant Guilty and the court does therefore Sentence him to pay a fine of $10 & $1 costs and to be committed to jail until paid
