Wm Bowden v.s. Griffen Becket
The plea of Bowden is that Becket owes him six dollars ($6.00) which he refuses to pay.

I know that the Plaintiff Bowden loaned a mule to Becket at 50 cts a day. Dont know how long Becket had the mule. Think it was about 14 days.

No witnesses for the Defense
The Defendant made a statement to the effect that he only agreed to pay for the mule on the days he worked it.

Decission
The court orders Becket to pay the Plaintiff Bowden five dollars ($5.00) in full of his account.
