It appearing from the evidence adduced that Deft. was in indebted to Plaintiff in the sum of Twenty dollars, which the Court ordered to be paid said Elsa White.

Claim for wages for last years services.
It appearing from Plaintiffs infirmities and old age that food and clothes, were a fair compensation for his services, which he had already received, and the ordered the said Harry had no further claim on Mrs. Roy.
