1st She was not able bodied, from mental imbecility.

2nd She was sick six weeks nearly, during the season and she was at the expense of nursing her, and paying doctors bills.

Case 3rd Fanny Bilhups (co'd) vs Daniel H. Foster
Claim for clothing not recd for services of her daughter last year, Court decided that def. should pay miss Fanny three dollars.

Case 4th Paulina Dawn (Co'd) vs. Bartlett White
Claim for services of her son past year. The Court gave judgement in favor of Miss Pauline Dawn in the sum of five dollars.

There being no further business the court adjourned to meet one week from today.
