People vs. William Smith, colored.} Horse Stealing
The Dfdt. William Smith having admitted that he bought a horse at Williamsburg. Va., and also sold said horse, (the property of Mr. Combs) for the sum of one hundred dollars, knowing said horse to have been stolen; the Court find the said William Smith, accessory after the fact; and do sentence him to confinement, at hand labor, for the period of three months from March. 3d 1866.
