dissatisfied with the paid charged and had quit work for the Plaintiff before the entire claim was liquidated, - That the original charge was Thirty dollars ($30.00) of which the Defendant had paid eight dollars ($8.00) leaving a balance of twenty two dollars ($22.00) claimed as still due. 

The Court therefore orders that the Defendant pay to the Plaintiff the sum of fifteen dollars ($15.00) he, the Defendant having the privilege of paying the same by manual labor for the Plaintiff at the rate of 50 cts. per day and found.

Peter Carter Vs. Frederick Wynn} Action for recovery of damages for breach of agreement, twenty dollars ($20.00) claimed

It appears that the Plaintiff, a Freedman, and the Defendant, an Indian, made a verbal agreement by which the Plaintiff was to cultivate, for the Defendant, a tract of land containing about eight (8) acres on shares, - That the Plaintiff had kept four (4) hands at work on the land for five (5) days, grubbing and clearing it,
