Bartlett Brown Warren Winfrey Carter Harris Peter Morse vs. Mrs. E. H. Higgins} Action for part of crop raised in 1865.
It appearing that Deft. supplied Pltfs. with food, and part of the usual allowance of clothes, and a patch of ground each for their own use which was cultivated with her teams and farming implements; that Pltfs. were all sick during the time and were indolent; that Messrs. Robert & Josiah Higgins assisted in the crop, and that the crop amounted to about 70 Bbls. Corn, 30 bush. potatoes, and 75 gals. of molasses, the Court makes the following allowances, viz: to

Barlett Brown 2 bbls. Corn, 1 bush. potatoes, 100 lbs. Fodder 2 galls. Molasses.

Winfrey - 3 1/2 bbls Corn, 6 bush potatoes, 500 lbs Fodder 9 galls Mo.

Harris - 3 bbls corn, 2 bush potatoes, 166 lbs Fodder 3 galls Mo.

Morse - 2 1/2 bbls corn, 1 3/4 bush potatoes, 150 lbs Fodder 2 galls Mo.
