Caroline Graves vs. Elvy Anderson} Action for possession of Pltf's daughter.
It appearing that Pltf. is habitually cruel to the child the Court remands her (the child) to the care of Def't, her grand mother, until further orders.

John R. Pearman vs. Mr. E. C. Pollard} Action for recovery of a wagon
The Court being unable to decide in the case forwards Special Report in full to Capt. 9th Dist. of Va for decision.

John P. Pearman vs. Mr. E. C. Pollard} Action for debt.
It appearing that Pltf. cured a horse for Def't. and that Pltf. subsequently used the horse to his own benefit, the Court allows Pltf. $5. as satisfaction for all claims for attention to said horse.

Mary Ennis vs. Mr. Sam'l. Taylor} Action for wages from April 3d to Dec. 25th 1865.
It appearing that Pltf. agreed to remain with Def't for food, quarters and cotton for clothing, and that full allowance of cotton has not been given, the Court orders Deft. to pay Pltf. 5 lbs. Cotton.
