Pltf. claims to have worked in the crop of Deft.

It appearing that Pltf. worked for others than Deft. during the time mentioned and received pay for it, and that Deft. furnished him food, quarters and allowed him his horse and wagon to his (Pltf's) profit, that Pltf. occupied Deft's house after he left Deft's employ without cost, and that Deft's crop for 1865 consisted of about twenty five (25) bushels potatoes, the Court allows him $9.00 as full satisfaction of all claims against Deft.

Pltf. assisted in cooking for family of Deft. 

Pltf was unable to work from sickness about two months, was also afflicted with white swelling of one of his legs during the time. Deft. furnished food, clothing, and quarters.

Decision: the Court allows Pltf $20. in full satisfaction of all claims he has on Deft. to date.
