The defendant was to keep all on the farm feed them give them medicine and medical attendance when sick, and give what they would be worth according to the work done at the end of the year.
Plaintiff had a wife and four children from 11 years old down. They were sick part of the time. Wife of the plaintiff did not work at all for the defendant. Defendant fed all the family.
Plaintiff had a garden of his own. Raised four hogs upon the place when he left (which he did at his own accord) he took all the hogs with him.
From evidence produced the court are of the opinion that as the wife nor children of the Plaintiff did not work for defendant and that as they were fed by the defendant the Plaintiff is not entitled to any thing more than he has received.
The case is therefore dismissed
