vs.                      } Action for debt
Mr. Alexander Provo, White

Pltf. states that he agreed to work on the farm and to fish for Deft. for the season, for 1/4 of the crops and 1/4 of the fish caught; that he left Deft. in June and was absent about six weeks, when he returned and pulled fodder for Def't for two or three weeks Deft. furnished Pltf. food and gave him three bushels of corn.

Deft. claims that Pltf. forfeited all interest in the crop by leaving; that he (Deft.) made about twelve barrels of corn; that Pltf. received all monies from the sale of fish and that Pltf. gave him $6.68 as proceeds of the sale os said fish.

Mr. Frank Sweet testifies that he was entitled to one half the proceeds of the fish caught by Pltf. & Deft. that Pltf. paid him $11. as his share.

Decision. Pltf forfeited all interest in the crop by leaving, but that there is due him for labor done subsequently $7.93.

Pltf. states that he worked for Def't until Dec. 11/65 that he received his food, one jacket, one coat, and $4. in money. Crop examined he received $3. and
