It appearing that blows were given by both parties. The Court orders that the Plaintiff be fined ten dollars and that both Plaintiff and Defendent be bound over to Keep the peace for six months.

William Allen (Col'd) } 
vs                    } Action for nonpayment of wages
William Morris (Col'd) }

The defendent confessing judgement. The Court decided that the defendent be allowed sixty days for the payment of the same, and received his note for the amount (Thirty seven Dollars) for said time
