Henrietta Keddick Col'd. by Jos. Father Vs. Augustus Davis Col'd.} Seduction Is appearing from the evidence addressed and admission of Dfts that Dfdt had been visiting Plntff since March 1866 and had, under promise of marriage seduced Plntff, she being now pregnant from such seduction and subsequent intercourse with Dfdt; the Court ordered that Dfdt be confined at Military Prison Fort Monroe, for a period of three (3) months, and also that he be held to appear to answer sent which may be brought against
