decided, that the horse now in possession of Gustavis Harris, be turned over to Enos Washington and that Oliver Macklin give back to Gustavis Harris, the mule that he received from Harris for the horse.

Robert Wilson (white) vs. Bolin Basset. (col'd.)
Charge    Larceny 

Robert Wilson (white) being duly sworn deposeth as follows
On saturday night March 16th 1867. my smoke house was broken into. and eight (8) pieces of meat stolen seven (7) middlings and one (1) Ham. I tracked the party to Slabtown found three pieces of meat in the house of Bolin Basset (col'd) recognized the meat as mine.

Bolin Basset (col'd) States that he bought the meat in King and Queen, Co. where he had been working lately from Williams Bros. Mr Wilson produced the affidavit of Williams Bros. in court. We do hereby certify that we have not had any midling bacon this year and no shoulders up to the 12th of March and have not sold to any person at any time this year more than one Ham at a time.
