Isaac Hill (cold.) being duly sworn states, the fence is not sufficient to keep pigs out of the lot, have seen a number of pigs in there many times. 

William Hill (cold.) being duly sworn states, I have driven pigs out of the lot several times and at the time of turning them out. they were rooting do not think that the pigs of defendant could do much damages they being so small. Settled between the parties.  

George Goldman (cold) vs. Harry Normley (cold)
Charge        Debt.

Harry Normley (cold.) states that he owes the plaintiff nine (9) dollars, and is willing to pay the same if the court will allow him some time. 

The Court, decided to give judgement in favour of plaintiff, and allow defendant fifteen days to pay the same. 

Neamiah Hudgins (cold.) vs. James Carter (cold.)
Charge        Debt.

Nancy Hudgins (cold) wife of plaintiff states that Carter owes her husband Three 55/100 dollars. as a store account and that he has been frequently been asked for the amount and as often promised to pay but has not done so.

James Carter (cold.) admits the account and is willing to pay if the court will allow him a few days,
