H.R. Harwood states I made a cart for defendants last fall and there is yet a balance of Fourteen 70/100 dollars in my favour remaining unpaid.

Daniel Sartin admits the account. would have paid it some time ago but we have been very busy with our crop and could not leave it to make the money.

The Court gave judgement in favour of plaintiff and allowed defendants fifteen days to pay the same.

Cuetta Butcher (cold) vs Andrew Randall (cold)
Charge Debt.

Cuetta Butcher being duly sworn states, during the fall of 1865 I sold to Randall a buggy for twenty five dollars. Some time afterwards I saw him. he said he did not think he would be able to pay me for it as he had lost his horse. but said he would pay me something for the use of it, he paid me seven dollars, about two months afterwards, I sent for the buggy. he said it was at the shop being repaired. there is a bill of seven dollars against it which he refuses to pay.

Andrew Randall states the reason I never got the buggy from the shop is that I considered the buggy belonging to plaintiff and do not think I have any right to pay for it.

The Court decided that the defendant pay the charges against the buggy at the shop. and deliver it to plaintiff
