Worked for stipulated wages. Wife Mrs Hines could not agree, and both left. Let Hines have the use of his horse & now charges him for feed of same & takes about 40 Bu corn raised on a patch. Claims that amount and $3.00 due himself and $12 his wife

commenced picking cotton about Novr 1st @ 40cent a day worked 6 weeks less 2 days. Picked 180 to 190 lbs a day never came down to 100. Wont pay her because she would not move with him worked for him another year & claims house rent in order to cover what is coming to her. Requested to call ordered not to move crop.
