Forwards correspondence between himself and Mr. Colbert, and the firm of Barnes Haynes & Co. to whom Colbert sold his cotton of 1866 receiving pay therefor: Colbert has neglected to settled with 11 freedmen out of the proceeds thereof, who are destitute &c.
